HVJ evaluated land and rights-of-way for the presence of hazardous materials, under Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA). We conducted wetland delineations along White Oak Bayou and Buffalo Bayou watersheds. HVJ performed Phase I and II environmental site assessments for the proposed Kirby Drive storm sewer project.

County Public Infrastructure Department
HVJ conducted Phase I and II ESA and wetland delineations
along sections of Tanner, Telge, Grant, and Blackhawk
Roads. We also performed a subsurface assessment of the Weible
Landfill, an abandoned site in east Harris County.

HVJ provided an environmental assessment for the Greater Kelly Development Authority for redevelopment of the former Kelly Air Force Base.

HVJ performed an environmental study relating to water resources for the Southeast University Hobby Corridor. HVJ also prepared an environmental assessment for the Northern Intermodal Transit Facility north of downtown Houston.
