August 19, 2025

HVJ proudly announces our role in the Upper Trinity Regional Water District's (UTRWD) ongoing infrastructure projects. The water district serves one of the fastest-growing regions in the nation and is actively working to increase treatment capacity to accommodate growth.

The Northeast Regional Water Reclamation System Expansion – Phase 3 at the Doe Branch Water Reclamation Plant in Little Elm, Texas, will increase treatment capacity from 4.0 MGD to 12.0 MGD.  As part of the construction team, HVJ is providing drilled pier and reinforcing steel (rebar) inspection services for the project's early structural packages.

Our scope includes:-
  • Monitoring and verifying the installation of deep foundation elements (drilled piers) for structural compliance
  • Inspecting rebar placement for conformity to project specifications and applicable codes
  • Providing detailed inspection reports to support contractor and engineer quality assurance
  • Coordinating closely with field crews to ensure timely execution and compliance

Our experienced inspection team is committed to upholding the highest quality and safety standards on this complex infrastructure project. We’re honored to contribute to a facility that will play a vital role in the region’s long-term water sustainability.
