Time is the greatest factor in many geotechnical engineering projects, but speed alone is not the solution—knowledge, experience and reliable, innovative processes are. Recently, The University of North Texas System asked us to assist in finishing a new housing hall in time for the fall semester students to occupy the hall.

To ensure completion by the promised time HVJ utilized skill innovation and communication to ensure any unexpected problems were swiftly and properly solved.

Our knowledgeable engineers assisted in shaft design and inspection, provided insight in order to preserve valuable green space while adhering to fire code and prevented the derailment of the project by swiftly evaluating and resolving an issue with the slab designed to house the chillers.
